Dr. Suyash Jhawar, Ph.D., MBA (IT and HR), is having 28 years of experience in Academics and Administration in reputed Institutes of India. His areas of interest are IT, Data Analytics, General Management and Human Resource Management. He has taken several training sessions for the senior managers of Department of Post, Madhya Pradesh, Govt. of India on Leadership, Information Technology etc.. He has also invited as a trainer at Rustamji Armed Force Police Training School (RAPTS), Indore to train platoon commanders, sub - inspectors, inspectors, DSP level officers on Supervisory Skills, Developing Subordinates, Interpersonal Skills and many more. He has been a trainer of Ministry of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Development Institute, Govt. of India for training budding entrepreneurs on Building OCTAPACE Culture. He has also taken various training sessions for Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) Indore chapter on the topics ‘Managing IT Resources in an Academic Institution’ etc. He was also invited by Medicaps, Chameli Devi Group of Institutions, Indore IPS Academy, Indore, Mahakal Institute of Management, Ujjain as a trainer, jury member etc. during their curricular and extra-curricular events.

He has been awarded by Rotary International USA for the Research, Training & Consultancy provided for RAHAT Health Camps organized in Madhya Pradesh, India by District 3040 in the year 2016 and 2017. He was also awarded by “Vidyarthi Vikas Manch” Ujjain for his incredible contribution in the field of management education. He has more than sixty publications to his credit in National and International Journals which includes Books, Research Papers, Case Studies, Book Reviews, Popular articles etc. He has been awarded with “Best Researcher” in International Conference organized by BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Maharashtra and Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, Madhya Pradesh for his research work in the field of management.

He has also been involved in NAAC Accreditation, Autonmy, NBA Accreditation, IQAR etc. as a Head of Criteria, Ranking of the Institutes, Internal and External Examination, Research Methodology workshops, Case Writing Workshop, Institute Industry Interface, Conferences, UBA (Unnat Bharat Abhiyan), Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India and many more in Institutional development activities. He is a Life Member of National Human Resource Development Network (NHRD-Network), New Delhi and Member of VIDWAN - Expert Database and National Researcher Network (An Initiative of MHRD, Govt. of India).

He has been an evaluator of Summer Training Contest organized by AIMS, New Delhi. He has been invited as special guest and jury member by various professional bodies and Academic Institutions of India on the occasion of their curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular events. He has also coordinated twenty days training program on “Soft Skills and Product Selling” for executives of postal department of Madhya Pradesh, India. He has taken various workshops and seminars on ‘MS-Excel’ and ‘Internet’ for the academicians and students. He has presented several research papers/case studies in International and National conferences across the globe and got best research paper awards. He is also having interest in singing & dramatics and he was the coordinator of SPIC-MACAY (Society for Promoting Indian Classical Music and Culture among Youth), India for more than two decades for promoting Indian classical music and culture amongst youth.
